Sinking plugs are going to play a much larger part in lure fishing over the coming years due to their versatility and ability to locate the fish. We believe the Rudra design is one of the best “Jerkbaits” ever produced and the new sinking version combines the best of both worlds. 22g in weight and 13cm in length, the Rudra S allows you to work your way down the water column until you locate your quarry.

Like the Rudra SP, the Rudra S also has the patented Honeycombe ABS body design. One small difference is the tin plated Owner hooks which have been added to lessen salt ersoion.
The Rudra S has an ultra realistic action, a wicked roll, produces big flashes, a weight transfer system to increase casting distance (the weights come to rest centrally on splash down to achieve central gravity and to produce a wider roll) and optimum working depths are 0 – 9.5 feet, although we have caught bass and pollack deeper than this.
